Snowmobile Trip
Enjoy nature over the holiday weekend and come home with a story to tell. Snowmobile and soak in the scenery as you enjoy the winter wonderland that is West Yellowstone!
TRANSPORTATION: Flying round trip from Charlotte, North Carolina to Bozeman, Montana, a charter bus will take us the remaining 75 miles to West Yellowstone.
LODGING: We will spend four nights at the Best Western in West Yellowstone. The rooms offer two queen beds, wireless internet, TV, refrigerator and microwave. The Best Western has an indoor pool, hot tub and hot breakfast.
FOOD: Best Western will provide a daily, complimentary hot breakfast. All other meals are not included. There are various shops and restaurants to explore nearby.
ACTIVITIES: Friday, Saturday and Sunday are activity days. You can choose to go on a Y planned tour, book your own adventure or have a free day in town. Daily activities are subject to snowmobile availability. Please select your preferences for daily activities and your selections will be confirmed as soon as possible.
GRATUITY: Guides are provided for all of your activities. If they do a good job, please tip and say THANK YOU.

Spots are limited. Registration opens May 23, 2022. A non-refundable deposit of $250 is due at time of registration to hold each participant’s spot. Your final payment is due September 15, 2022.
RESERVATIONS
Refunds are subject to policies of our vacation vendors, and flights are non-refundable. Group members are responsible for securing their own trip insurance, and the YMCA accepts no responsibility for damage to snowmobiles, accidents, baggage loss, loss or damage of personal property, expenses or other injury. If snowmobile insurance is utilized, the participant is responsible for the deductible.
