With over 10 years of coaching experience, Coach Young will help your son or daughter develop their athletic ability and self-confidence. This course is designed to help young athletes become faster, quicker, and stronger by using their own body weight and natural forms of resistance. If you want to improve your speed, agility, strength, and conditioning in an encouraging and Christian environment, then this is the perfect course for you!
