This program is designed for ages 3-5, and will focus on physical education and fitness through guided games, activities, and more!

PROGRAM OVERVIEW
This is a monthly (4-week) program that will teach kids the basics of sports and general health and fitness. Participants will be taught basic skills through guided games, activities, and more! This program will meet Wednesdays from 12:30pm-1:30pm

Teen Fitness Training (Ages 12+)
This program focuses on helping your child build upon their overall fitness level and/or competitiveness for sports. This program combines skills and drills that will challenge your inner athlete by focusing on the 6 essential athlete goals: strength, speed, power, agility, endurance and muscular balance. Strength and power work is achieved utilizing a variety of equipment for challenge; cardio portion may include plyometric work and running. Class portions likely to go outside if weather permits (All class locations will be communicated via email prior to the week starting).

- Explosive Power Training
Ages 12+
This age group will meet once a week on Tuesdays AND/OR Thursdays at 6:00pm. Participants are able to attend in both sessions each week upon registration!
