Bring the whole family together for a day of excitement, laughter, and healthy fun for the Healthy Kids Day Family Fun Triathlon! This triathlon event is for all ages designed to build confidence and celebrate active lifestyles in a supportive, non-competitive environment.

Participants will swim (50-meters), bike (1.5 miles), and run (1 mile) through our safe and engaging course.  Families can compete together or individually, making it a perfect opportunity to bond, cheer each other on, and create lasting memories.  All red band swimmers will need to compete their 50-meter swim with a US Coast Guard approved life-jacket, unless a parent or guardian is in the water and within arm’s reach.  One parent or guardian cannot supervise or be responsible for more than two (2) red band swimmers without a life jacket at one time.

We invite everyone to spend the day at YMCA to enjoy Healthy Kids Day with music, games, and plenty of fun following the race.

Whether you’re trying your first triathlon or just looking for a fun community event, the Healthy Kids Day Family Fun Triathlon is all about staying active, supporting one another, and having a blast together!

$10 – competing individually (YMCAUP Member)

$25 – competing together (YMCAUP Family Household)
