Active Moves for Golden Members
A fitness class designed for seniors who want to stay active and independent. This 12 week program focuses on improving mobility, balance, stability, and strength in a supportive and encouraging environment. Through low impact exercises; participants will increase flexibility, strengthen key muscle groups, enhance coordination, and boost confidence in everyday movements. Whether standing or seated, exercises can be modified to meet individual needs. Feel stronger. Stand taller. Move better every day!
