Adult Swim Lessons
It is never too late to learn how to swim! Whether you have a fear of the water, or you started to learn as a child and want to master the skills like advanced strokes and turns, this course is fun and low key with you setting the pace. Whatever your skill level, we are here to help you swim confidently in a supportive environment. Participants may begin at any of the six stages in our swim program: Water Acclimation to Stroke Mechanics. These lessons are for anyone ages 12 and up.

CSD Community Stage 4-6
These Lessons are Stroke Introduction, Stroke Development, and Stroke Mechanics. These swimmers should be able to swim down and back the length of the pool. These lessons are for swimmers who need to learn the back crawl, breaststroke, and/or butterfly. They also need assistance on working on breath control and perfecting swim strokes like front crawl (freestyle).
