Aquatic Conditioning
Aquatic conditioning is a competitive pathway students can pursue following Stage 5 or Stage 6 of Swim Lessons. This Program focuses on continuing to build endurance and stroke technique on all competitive strokes and encourages swimming as a part of a healthy lifestyle. As students’ progress in the program, we will focus on the following items:
- Developing endurance in competitive strokes
- Developing skills related to competitive swimming, such as flip turns, starts and finishes.
- Enhancing skills and building endurance
Please note: this program is NOT a swim lesson; students will not be taught how to complete or learn these strokes. You MUST be able to swim 50 yards at minimum prior to enrolling. A swim test will be conducted on the first day and if your child cannot pass, you will be refunded and removed from the program.
Baxter Close Ages 7-11
This program is Tuesday and/or Thursday from 6:30-7:15pm. If you would like Tuesday and Thursday, please register for BOTH days.
