Swim Stroke Clinic
GENERAL INFORMATION
This is the eighth year hosting a very successful conditioning class before the summer season begins. Please remember this is a conditioning class, not a stroke clinic. The emphasis on the session will be conditioning. Some individuals may be critiqued, but there will be no individual instructions. Participation in Swim Team Conditioning is very important if interested in the Tiger Sharks Winter Swim Team.
Equipment Needed: One-piece swim suit, towel, swim cap optional, and a good pair of goggles for each practice. Long hair must be tied back. Flippers are not required but accepted.
Daily Condition Session: Conditioning will consist of drills for freestyle, backstroke, breaststroke, and butterfly, as well as diving, sprints, flip turns, and finishes.
