Grades: Kindergarten – 5th Grade
Weekly Rate: Members $60/week | Non-members $90/week
Combo Rate: Members $80/week | Non-members $110/week (must register by Sept. 1)
Registration Fee: A one-time, non-refundable $25 registration fee will be due at time of enrollment.
Monday – Friday | School dismissal – 6:15pm
The afterschool/summer day camp combo program is a 52-week draft. There is no pro-rating for holidays, vacations or missed days. The summer camp portion paid during the school year is non-refundable if enrollment is cancelled for any reason. Failure to pay timely will result in the withdrawal of your child from the afterschool program.
Transportation from school to the York YMCA is provided for your child for the following schools (*minimums apply for each location):
- Cotton Belt Elementary School
- Harold C. Johnson Elementary School
- Hunter Street Elementary School
- Jefferson Elementary School
- York Intermediate School
- York Middle School
Program Dates: Each YMCA After School Program follows the schedule of their local School District when scheduling child care days, teacher holidays, inclement weather days, in service days and other holidays. We are open most teacher work days and school holidays and you will receive communication regarding closures no later than two weeks prior.
The Program is closed:
Labor Day, Thanksgiving, Day after Thanksgiving, Christmas Eve and Christmas Day, Day After Christmas, New Year’s Eve, New Year’s Day, Good Friday and Memorial Day.
Authorized Pick-Ups:
During registration, you will be asked to list all authorized pick-ups for your child and will be asked to include their date of birth and phone number. YMCA staff will not release a child to anyone other than the authorized parents/guardians or other individuals authorized, in writing, by parents.
