Youth Can TRI
Youth Triathlon Training Program | This program is designed to inspire young athletes in the sport of triathlon. This program will allow one to develop skills and endurance in swimming, biking and running. It will also challenge athletes to push beyond their perceived limits and build personal growth as they overcome the doubts, fears, and obstacles associated with completing a triathlon. Break barriers with us as we TRI something new.

What We Offer:
- Triathlon fundamentals: Participants will meet two times a week for eight weeks. Each training day will build on the foundations of swimming, biking and running, tailored for youth athletes.

In order to participate, athletes will need to be able to swim 25 yards of freestyle and 25 yards of competitive backstroke (successfully completed stage 4 of the YMCA swim lessons) and able to bike without training wheels.
- Teamwork and community: Program will foster friendships and camaraderie among participants.
