Ultimate Weight Training
Ultimate Weight Training is a small group training program (4-6 individuals) led by nationally certified trainers that consists of challenging workouts designed to strengthen the body. The training plan, which is a mixture of strength training and cardio, will put you on the path to meeting your overall fitness goals.
Also offered is Trio Training, an Ultimate Weight Training program offered for groups of three.

Trio Training
Trio Training is an Ultimate Weight Training program offered for two or three days a week for four weeks at a time for groups of three. Select your preferred time below and you will be contacted with a start date after registration.
